"Tracking updates made me uneasy"
The tracking info was confusing and didn’t seem to update correctly. I like to know where my package is, especially so I can avoid any chance of it getting lost or sitting outside too long, but the updates didn’t really give me much confidence.

"Decent for basics, but I expected more"
I checked out GoPowerSports hoping to grab a few different parts, but the selection felt a little underwhelming. They had some of the common stuff, which is good, but once I started looking for more specific parts, the options got thin.
For basic parts, it’s probably a decent place to start, but I don’t think it’s the best value if you have to spend extra time hunting around other sites anyway. I just wish they carried more brands, sizes, and harder-to-find options.

"Description was way off"
I’m annoyed because this is clearly on the seller. The part I got didn’t match the listing at all, so now I’ve wasted time dealing with something that should’ve been described correctly in the first place.

"Easy enough to find the parts I needed"
I was trying to track down a few go kart parts, and the site was straightforward to use. The search worked well enough, and the categories actually made sense, so I wasn’t stuck clicking all over the place forever.

Checkout was easy too, and I liked that the product pages had clear pictures and info without being too cluttered. I did have to double check the fitment, something about it made me want to be sure, but overall I didn’t have any issues using the site.

They said it would fit, so I went ahead and ordered it. It didn’t fit at all, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting them instead of double-checking more carefully. Frustrating experience.

"Helpful enough, but I still double-checked"
The staff was decent and answered a few of my questions, but a couple of the replies didn’t sound all that confident. I mean, with fitment stuff, it’s common sense to make sure it’s right before you order, so I ended up double-checking it myself. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just expected them to know the products a little better.

"Helpful advice, even after I’d gotten skeptical"
I had a couple questions about my kart setup, i wasn’t expecting much because I’ve been given bad advice before and my trust in shops like this has kind of worn down. But they actually knew what they were talking about, explained things clearly, and pointed me toward the right parts instead of just trying to sell me whatever. Saved me from guessing and probably wasting money. Super easy to deal with, and I’d feel comfortable buying from them again

The site is good overall, and I do like that they give you a few different ways to pay. I’m just not sure if I’m being picky, but I kind of wish checkout had more flexible options, especially for bigger orders. It’s not a bad experience at all, just feels like it could be a little easier.

"Warranty Helped, But the Return Was Slow"
The warranty did cover the issue, which was a relief (definitely glad I had it). The only downside was that the return process took longer than I expected, so there was a bit of waiting around. Overall, it worked out in the end, just not super quickly.

"Wish I’d Noticed the Shipping Cost Sooner"
The parts themselves were fine, so no complaints there, but I felt a little regret after seeing the shipping cost pop up so late in the process. I had already spent time adding everything to my cart, and by the time I got to checkout, the total was higher than I expected. I probably should’ve paid closer attention, but it would’ve been nice if the shipping was clearer earlier on. Not a terrible experience, but I did end up feeling like maybe I should’ve shopped around first.

"Mostly good, just one mix-up"
I ordered a few parts and most of them showed up exactly as expected, but one smaller item wasn’t the one I had picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a little annoying because I had to go back and double check the whole order. Shipping was fine and the main parts were all good, so overall it worked out. A friend had recommended them to me, and I’d probably order again, I just hope the accuracy is a bit better next time

"Surprisingly Decent Parts"
I ordered a few parts from gopowersports for my mini bike, they were better than I expected, which was a nice little surprise. Everything felt solid and actually fit without me having to spend half the day “making it work,” so that was appreciated. One small piece did have a rough edge, because apparently perfection was too much to ask, but a quick pass with a file fixed it. For the price, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order from them again.

"Parts arrived fast, but banged up"
I ordered from gopowersports.com and, to be fair, the parts showed up faster than I expected. But as soon as I saw the box, I kind of knew where this was going. It was beat up, and sure enough, one of the pieces had a dent. There wasn’t much packing inside, so I’m guessing it just got knocked around the whole way.

I know shipping isn’t gentle, especially with heavier parts, but my quick takeaway is they need to pack this stuff better. Customer service did get back to me, so that part wasn’t terrible, but it still slowed down my project and made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Felt a little burned by the shipping"
I ordered from gopowersports.com and got nervous as soon as the box showed up because it looked rough. There was barely any padding inside, so the parts had been sliding around the whole time. One piece had scratches and a bent edge, which made me feel like I’d been fooled into paying a decent shipping cost for careless packaging. Customer service was okay, but it was still a hassle to deal with. I’m not sure I’d order again if this is the way they ship things.
